We have worked with several companies that ask if we can assist them with their multimedia project that doesn't fit nicely into a grid.

One of our clients has between 150 and 200 video tapes, DVDs and audio programs that they needed documented and accessible. What we came up with was a plan to help them catalog mass amount of information located on the various media. Our system started with the simultaneous capture and cataloging of the video tapes.

Staff would watch the video and enter key information into a database, while the video played; the video tape was being digitized and put onto a DVD for archiving. The database could later be queried and the data could be easily located by corresponding DVD or video tape. This video could then be assembled into an edited video DVD or PowerPoint presentation.

Another client had us install a closed circuit TV system in their store. This multi camera setup allows them to keep record of the cash register, sales floor, safe and back entrance. The cameras record 24 hours a day and can be accessed for up to 7 days.
